Azan Aur Iqamat

[ALLAH’S Quran – 42:40]
[Principle #1:] An evil act should be retaliated by an equal act [eye for an eye]; however,
[principle #2:] God rewards those who pardon and lead a righteous life.
[Principle #3:] God does not love the wrongdoers [who retaliate excessively].
The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) has said:
[Malik’s Muwatta, Book #43, Hadith #43.21.15a] “Retaliation is between women as it is between men. That is because Allah, the Blessed, the Exalted, said in His Book, ‘We have written for them in it that it is a life for a life and an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, and an ear for an ear, and a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds, there is retaliation.’ (Sura 5 ayat 48) Allah, the Blessed, the Exalted, mentioned that it is a life for a life. It is the life of a free woman for the life of a free man, and her injury for his injury.” Malik said about a man who held a man fast for another man to hit, and he died on the spot, “If he held him and he thought that he meant to kill him, the two of them are both killed for him. If he held him and he thought that he meant to beat him as people sometimes do, and he did not think that he meant to kill him, the murderer is slain and the one who held him is punished with very severe punishment and jailed for a year. There is no killing against him.”

The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said: “The superiority of Aisha over other women is like the superiority of Tharid (a special gravy dish) to other meals.” (Bukhari)
During the final illness of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam he used to repeatedly ask, “Where will I be tomorrow?”, in the hope that he could spend his last days in the home of Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha. (Bukhari)
Once the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha: “O Aisha, Jibraeel sends salaams to you.” Aisha replied: “Upon him be salaams also together with the mercy and blessings of Allah.” (Bukhari)
The sublime character of Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha, her devotion to the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, her virtue, intelligence, and eloquence were unparalleled in history. She was a perfect symbol of Islamic womanhood. She was only eighteen years of age when the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam passed away. However, she related 2210 ahaadith.
There has been no woman like her in the whole history of Islam who understood the teachings of Islam so well and convincingly explained juristic issues to others. It is said that about a quarter of all the laws of Shariah are narrated
from her. (Fathul Baari)
Even the most eminent and learned Sahabah of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam consulted her on intricate legal issues.
Imam Zahabi, one of the most eminent scholars of the science of hadith, writes about Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha in his Tazkiratul Huffaaz: “Among the Sahabah of the Prophet who were knowledgeable in jurisprudence she was the most prominent for even the leading jurists referred intricate questions of law to her for advice. Abu Musa says that if any companion of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam amongst us had any difficulty in finding out the real understanding of any Hadith, he used to ask Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha because she invariably knew about it.”
The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam left this world while he was in the home of Hazrat Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha. Aisha mentions that the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam breathed his last while he lay between her chest and neck.
(Muslim)
She was fortunate to have the saliva of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mixed with her own a few moments before he left this world. Allah Ta’ala so willed that she had the honor of softening the miswaak which the Prophet
Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam used just prior to him breathing his last.

Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu narrates : “Fatima Radhi Allahu Anha complained of the suffering caused to her by the hand mill. Some captives were brought to the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. She came to him but did not find him at home. Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha was present there and Fatima Radhi Allahu Anha told (of her desire for a servant). When the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam came, Aisha Radhi Allahu Anha informed him about Fatima’s visit. So the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam came to us, while we had gone to bed. I wanted to get up but the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, “Remain at your place”. Then he sat down between us till I could feel the coolness of his feet on my chest. Then he said, “Shall I teach you something which is better than what you have asked me? When you go to bed, say, ‘Allahu-Akbar’ thirty-four times, Subhan Allah thirty-three times and Alhamdu-lillah thirty-three times for that is better for you than a servant.” (Bukhari)
Commentary
This incident has been mentioned in Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Nasai, and other books. From other narrations of this hadith, we learn more about this incident :
Fatima Radhi Allahu Anha had developed sores on her hands due to grinding flour with her hand mill. She had also developed sores on her neck due to carrying water. Sweeping her home had made her clothes dusty and baking bread had discolored her face. Now, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam had received some slaves and Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu had heard about this. Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu advised her to go to him and ask for a servant to help her with her household chores as these had overpowered her. When she came to the house of her father she did not find him. Rather, he was in the masjid in discussion with his companions. Later, after he was told about the arrival of his daughter to see him, he came to see them in their room. The cloth that was covering Ali and Faatima Radhi Allahu Anhuma was so small that their feet were exposed when they covered their heads and their heads were exposed when they covered their feet. When he requested to enter they wanted to first dress appropriately but he asked them to remain lying down as they were. He said that he would prefer to sell the slaves that he had received and spend the money on the Ahlus Suffa as they had no food. He instead taught them certain azkaar which were better than a servant.
Ali Radhi Allahu said : “I have not left practicing on this ever since I heard this from Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.” Somebody asked : “Not even on the night of Siffeen?” Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu replied : “Not even on the night of Siffeen.” (Muslim)
Siffeen is the name of a place close to the Euphrates where the famous battle took place between Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu and the Syrians in the year 37 Hijri. It was a trying and strenuous battle for Ali Radhi Allahu Anhu, hence the questioner asked him to see if he had remembered to practice on the advice of his master on that night too. This shows Ali’s Radhi Allahu Anhu obedience to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and his punctuality and discipline in worship.
It is important to note that Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mentioned a number of different azkaar to be recited at the time of going to sleep. These are applicable to different situations and occasions. Each of these is virtuous in their own way.
The statement of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam that these azkaar were better than a servant can mean two things. Firstly, a servant is related to this worldly life whereas azkaar are related to the hereafter. The hereafter is superior and everlasting when compared to this world. Secondly, it could mean that these azkaar are of greater benefit in fulfilling the household chores than a servant.
Lessons

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: The Prophet said, “When the people of Paradise will enter Paradise and the people of Hell will go to Hell, Allah will order those who have had faith equal to the weight of a grain of mustard seed to be taken out from Hell. So they will be taken out but (bythen) they will be blackened (charred). Then they will be put in the river of Haya’ (rain) or Hayat (life) (the Narrator is in doubt as to which is the right term), and they will revive like a grain that grows near the bank of a flood channel. Don’t you see that it comes out yellow and twisted”
Sahih Buhkari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 21:
Raising doubts in The Holy Prophet’s (Sallalaahu Alahi wassallam) command is a grievous sin, disrespecting him is destroying faith, Allah’s will is in his will.
Narrated ‘Aisha: Whenever Allah’s Apostle ordered the Muslims to do something, he used to order them deeds which were easy for them to do, (according to their strength and endurance). They said, “O Allah’s Apostle! We are not like you. Allah has forgiven your past and future sins.” So Allah’s Apostle became angry and it was apparent on his face. He said, “I am the most God-fearing, and know Allah better than all of you do.”
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 19:
Here the people wanted to do more than that what the Holy Prophet ordered, and claimed that the sins of the Holy Prophet Muhammed Sallalaahu Alaihi wasallam are already forgiven but thiers are not, so they taught they need to do more, They were a few things which made the Prophet angry and though they did not become Khawarij like those who disrespected him directly, Still anger was displayed on his blessed face
1) The people did not recognize that Obeying the Holy Prophet Sallalaahu alaihi wasallam is Obeying Allah
2) They tried to compete with him like he is an ordinary human being like them and did not recognize his exceptional status bestowed upon him
3) The Holy Prophet Muhammed Sallalaahu Alaihi wasallam is the biggest intercessor for the forgiveness of sins
These reasons are apparent but they could be many more
Destruction of Deeds and Imaan with disrespect to the Holy Prophet and anything associated with the Holy Prophet Muhammed Sallalaahu Alaihi wasallam.
Those who disrespected the Holy Prophet Muhammed Sallalaahu Alahi wasallam directly or anything associated with him directly like his city which he loved Madina, or his beloved Sahaba or Ahle Bayt have indulged in a sin which destroyed all deeds and their faith
Narrated Sad: I heard the Prophet saying, “None plots against the people of Medina but that he will be dissolved (destroyed) like the salt is dissolved in water.”
Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 30, Number 101:
Narrated Abu Sa’id: While the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) was distributing (something), ‘Abdullah bin Dhil Khawaisira At-Tamimi came and said, “Be just, O Allah’s Apostle!” The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, “Woe to you! Who would be just if I were not?” ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab(radiallahu taala anhu ) said, “Allow me to cut off his neck! ” The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, ” Leave him, for he has companions, and if you compare your prayers with their prayers and your fasting with theirs, you will look down upon your prayers and fasting, in comparison to theirs. Yet they will go out of the religion as an arrow darts through the game’s body in which case, if the Qudhadh of the arrow is examined, nothing will be found on it, and when its Nasl is examined, nothing will be found on it; and then its Nadiyi is examined, nothing will be found on it. The arrow has been too fast to be smeared by dung and blood. The sign by which these people will be recognized will be a man whose one hand (or breast) will be like the breast of a woman (or like a moving piece of flesh). These people will appear when there will be differences among the people (Muslims).” Abu Sa’id(radiallahu taala anhu ) added: I testify that I heard this from the Prophet(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and also testify that ‘Ali (May Allah be pleased with him ) killed those people while I was with him. The man with the description given by the Prophet(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) was brought to ‘Ali(may Allah be pleased with him). The following Verses were revealed in connection with that very person (i.e., ‘Abdullah bin Dhil-Khawaisira At-Tarnimi):
‘And among them are men who accuse you (O Muhammad(Salallahu Alaihi wasallam)) in the matter of (the distribution of) the alms.’ (9.58)
Sahih Al Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 67
You will get up with the ones you love
Narrated by Anas
A man asked the Prophet about the Hour (i.e. Day of Judgment) saying, “When will the Hour be?” The Prophet said, “What have you prepared for it?” The man said, “Nothing, except that I love Allah and His Apostle.” The Prophet said, “You will be with those whom you love.” We had never been so glad as we were on hearing that saying of the Prophet (i.e., “You will be with those whom you love.”) Therefore, I love the Prophet, Abu Bakr and ‘Umar, and I hope that I will be with them because of my love for them though my deeds are not similar to theirs.
(Sahih- al-Buhkhari Volume 5 Hadith 37)
Loving someone for Allah’s sake
“It is narrated by Mu‘adh bin Jabal that he heard the Messenger of Allah saying:
Allah the Exalted and Almighty said: ‘My love has been made obligatory for those two persons who love each other on My count and spend time together for My sake, and see each other for My sake and give money to each other generously for My sake.’”
This sahih (sound) hadith narrated by Malik bin Anas in al-Muwatta, b. of sha‘ar (hair) ch.5 (2:954#16), and Ibn ‘Abd-ul-Barr said its chain is good. Ahmad bin Hambal also transmitted it in his Musnad (5:233); Hakim in al-Mustadrak (4:169), who graded it sahih, and also confirmed by Dhahabi; Baghawi in Sharh-us-sunnah, (13:49-50#3463); Khatib Tabrizi in Mishkat-ul-masabih, b. of adab (good manners) ch.16 (3:75#5011).

Love of the Holy Prophet Muhammed Sallalaahu Alaihi wassallam is the backbone of faith
Hadith 1

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 13:
Hadith 2
Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, “None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children, and all mankind.”
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 14:
Hadith 3
Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, “Whoever possesses the following three qualities will have the sweetness (delight) of faith:
1. The one to whom Allah and His Apostle become dearer than anything else.
2. Who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah’s sake.
3. Who hates to revert to Atheism (disbelief) as he hates to be thrown into the fire.”
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 15:
