Hajj – Pilgrims are Allah’s Guests
Narrated by Abu Hurairah(Radhiallah o anho):
Allah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “Pilgrims and those performing ‘Umrah are Allah’s guests; their prayers are answered and their supplications for forgiveness are granted. This is reported by Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, Ibn Khuzaimah, and Ibn Hibban in their collections of Sahih hadith. In the last two, we read: “And Allah’s guests are three: A pilgrim performing Hajj, one performing ‘Umrah, and a person who fights in the cause of Allah.”

Hajj – The Excellence of Spending in Hajj
Narrated by Buraidah(Radhiallah o anho):
Allah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) s saying: “Spending during Hajj is akin to spending in the cause of Allah, and every dirham thus spent will be rewarded seven hundred times over.”

Hajj – Fasting on the day of ‘Arafah is an expiation for
Narrated by Abu Qatadah (Radhiallaho anho):
Allah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “Fasting on the day of ‘Arafah is an expiation for two years, the year preceding it and the year following it. Fasting the day of ‘Ashurah is an
expiation for the year preceding it.”
This is related by “the group,” except for al-Bukhari and at- Tirmidhi.

Hajj – Be merciful to those who have their head shaved
Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar(Radhiallaho anho):
Allah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said,”O Allah! Be merciful to those who have their head shaved.” The people said, “O Allah’s Apostle! And (invoke Allah for) those who get their hair cut short.” The Prophet said, “O Allah! Be merciful to those who have their head shaved.” The people said, “O Allah’s Apostle! And those who get their hair cut short.” The Prophet said (the third
time), “And to those who get their hair cut short.” Nafi’ said that the Prophet had said once or twice, “O Allah! Be merciful to those who get their head shaved,” and on the fourth time he added, “And to those who have their hair cut short.”
